UDPL-22W-02 RGBW Recessed Pool Light

GOUly is pleased to introduce the UDPL-22W-02, a 22W recessed RGBW underwater light developed for residential swimming pools, hotels, resorts, spas, water features, and professional lighting projects.
The new fixture combines colorful RGBW effects with a dedicated white channel, allowing one lighting system to support both everyday pool illumination and dynamic decorative scenes. Its stainless-steel faceplate, IP68 waterproof construction, and slim recessed profile make it suitable for new installations and pool-renovation projects.
Dynamic RGBW Lighting
The UDPL-22W-02 uses 216 SMD5054 RGBW LEDs and 12 UCS7604 control ICs. Its individually addressable architecture supports chasing, flowing, gradient, and customized lighting patterns.
The dedicated white channel provides comfortable white illumination for daily use, while the RGB channels create colorful scenes for parties, hotels, resorts, private villas, and architectural water features.
When paired with a compatible GOUly control system, multiple fixtures can be synchronized to create coordinated lighting effects across the pool.
Bright and Even Underwater Illumination
With a 120° wide beam angle and a rated luminous flux of 897.1 lm, the UDPL-22W-02 distributes light across a broad underwater area. The wide beam helps reduce harsh hotspots and dark zones, creating clear and balanced pool illumination.
The combination of functional white light and programmable RGBW effects enables the fixture to adapt to different environments, from calm everyday lighting to colorful hospitality and event scenes.
DC24V Low-Voltage Pool Lighting
The UDPL-22W-02 operates on DC24V and must be connected to a correctly sized waterproof DC24V power supply. The fixture must never be connected directly to an AC110V or AC220V power source.
For project planning, GOUly recommends selecting a power supply with approximately 1.3 times the total connected lamp wattage. Power supplies, controllers, and signal amplifiers should be installed in a dry and ventilated location.
IP68 Stainless-Steel Construction
The fixture features an IP68 waterproof rating, a natural-finish stainless-steel main housing, and a transparent PC cover. Its compact φ230 × H31 mm body is designed for recessed installation in a pool wall.
An M12 waterproof connector supports secure system connections and makes installation, maintenance, and fixture replacement more convenient.
Simple Recessed Installation
Installation consists of three main stages:
- Prepare the mounting recess and cable opening in the pool wall.
- Route the cable and secure the fixture with the appropriate screws.
- Connect the fixture to the DC24V waterproof power system and test the complete circuit.
The power enclosure should be positioned at least 300 mm above the pool water level. The recommended installation depth for the fixture is approximately 460 mm below the water surface.
Installation and maintenance must be performed with the power disconnected. All final cable connections must be waterproofed, and the polarity, signal wiring, grounding, and complete circuit should be checked before power is switched on.
